Marble Sculpture Studio in Pietrasanta, Italy
Having worked at the studio for more than twelve years, Jeen has developed an intimate knowledge of its facilities, equipment, and working traditions. He serves as the principal contact for visiting sculptors, coordinating workspaces, workshops, and practical arrangements for artists wishing to carve marble in Pietrasanta.
Under Jeen’s management, Studio Antognazzi combines the tradition of Italian marble craftsmanship with the practical requirements of contemporary sculptors. The studio offers equipped carving spaces, pneumatic tools, stoneworking facilities, and accommodations for individual artists and organized workshops.
The studio’s heritage extends through three generations of the Antognazzi family. Today, Jeen Bosma is the central figure in its daily operations and its continuing role as a working sculpture studio.
